The workshop is split into two parts: Part 1: customer care, shaving products & observation of Ger performing a hot towel shave with step-by-step guidance. Part 2: practice hot towel shaving, face massaging & neck shaving with personal guidance from Ger, followed by Waldorf Certificate Presentation.
